\\About This Role
\We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Manager to lead our financial planning and analysis team. As FP&A Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining a robust 5-year financial model, ensuring long-term sustainability.
\You will partner with business leaders to enhance financial literacy and accountability, drive continuous improvement of financial reporting systems and analytics, and deliver financial modeling and scenario analysis to support investment decisions.

\\About You
\To succeed in this role, you will have at least 8+ years of experience in financial planning, analysis, and performance reporting. You will possess proven leadership experience in building high-performing FP&A teams, expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
\You will also have strong business partnering skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders, and advanced proficiency in financial systems, BI tools, and Excel.
\A proactive and strategic mindset, with a focus on delivering actionable insights, is essential for this role.
