As a Customer Team Leader, you will be responsible for coaching and developing your team members, promoting a positive work environment, and ensuring that all customers receive a high level of service. You will also be involved in managing stock, maintaining store displays, and performing other tasks as required.

You will need to be flexible and available to work a variety of shifts, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends. A full driving license is desirable but not essential.
