Leadership Opportunity

Canon New Zealand is seeking an experienced Team Lead to join our New Zealand Project Management Office (PMO) team. As a leader, you will drive project success by managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

The successful candidate will demonstrate strong leadership and mentoring skills, inspiring and guiding their team to deliver high-quality results. You will also ensure that all projects are completed within agreed boundaries, including scope, cost, and time.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced professional who can:

  • Lead the team to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to a high standard.
  • Drive efficiency through process refinement and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience delivering projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring skills.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to facilitate training and presentations to staff and clients.
