- Determine if technical solutions can be resolved over the phone or escalate to Shop Foreman/Service Manager.
- Maintain accurate records in Dealer Management System.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding estimated completion times and updates.
Requirements
- Strong technical skills and ability to learn new technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team-based environment and achieve common goals.
- Proficiency in Dealer Management System(s) and MS Office.
- Retail customer service experience preferred.
