Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Reservations team as a Customer Experience Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to work with our Reservations team, providing seamless support to our guests and ensuring their experience is enjoyable and memorable.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Building rapport with guests when they reach out for assistance
  • Processing sales and addressing all other guest enquiries
  • Finding opportunities to improve our customers' experience through recommendations
  • Supporting the Guest Services team in our Snow Centre during busier times
  • Operating our Point of Sale and Guest Database systems

Key Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Frontline customer service or call centre experience with a proven commitment to the guest service experience
  • Previous experience with computing systems in customer service or the tourism/hospitality industry
  • An interest in learning about ski industry products and pricing (full training will be given)
  • A willingness and flexibility to assist other departments as and when required
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • An understanding that employment is subject to the vagaries of the weather and the hours of work cannot be guaranteed
