As we continue to evolve and meet the changing needs of our community, we are seeking an experienced leader to join our People and Culture team as the Head of Organisational Development and Learning.

This exciting opportunity will see you work closely with our senior leaders to develop and deliver an organisational learning and development strategy that aligns with our vision and values. You will lead a small team of two senior practitioners and a coordinator, and be responsible for designing and implementing initiatives that build the skills, knowledge, and capabilities of our kaimahi (staff).

You will need to be comfortable taking a hands-on approach to deliver mahi and utilising insights gained to communicate and influence at an executive level. Your exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills will enable you to collaborate effectively with our People and Culture team, while your strategic thinking will inform the development of our leadership framework.
