We provide prescription medications, clinical consulting services, and specialty pharmacy services to thousands of residents across multiple states.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Director of Financial Services, this position will be responsible for contacting customers with delinquent accounts, initiating appropriate action, resolving customer disputes, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
* Identify delinquent accounts
* Contact customers on a consistent basis until accounts are resolved
* Maintain accurate records of all work performed
* Audit accounts to determine balance and provide documentation
* Recognize and rectify errors within accounts
* Research, prepare, and communicate outstanding invoices or other documentation as requested
* Assist in preparing accounts for attorney review
* Maintain a courteous demeanor when dealing with customers
* Complete mandatory training programs and perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
* Availability and punctuality are essential for this role
* Required: Associates Degree or higher in Accounting or a related field
* Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a related field
* Experience in Accounts Receivable or Collections preferred, but not required
* Strong understanding of computer technology and assertive interpersonal communication skills are required
* Ability to work harmoniously with fellow employees, supervisors, and others is necessary
