About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and caring Caregiver - Level 3 or Level 4 to join our team on a Casual basis. As a key member of our team, you will contribute to the care and wellbeing of our residents, working collaboratively with other staff members.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Care for residents with compassion and respect
- Support residents to maintain their independence
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents and their families
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Aged Care, Community Care or Health Services
- Level 3 or 4 Health and Wellbeing Qualifications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Flexible availability for AM, PM or ND shifts, including weekends
- Current Working rights in New Zealand
