Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Sports Betting Team Lead to join our team in Auckland. As a key member of our Elite Services team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of high-value customers, hosting racing and sporting events, and driving revenue growth through excellent customer relationships.

  • Manage a portfolio of elite customers, building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Host racing and sporting events, ensuring high-quality experiences for our customers.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive revenue growth, leveraging your expertise in customer relationship management and sales.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
  • 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role, with a proven track record of success.
  • In-depth knowledge of NZ horseracing, sport, and wagering, including industry trends and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.
