\We are looking for a highly organized and motivated Senior Administrative Coordinator to join our team at the Auckland City Hospital. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Clinical Director, allied health service clinical teams, and managers.
\About the Team/Service/Location
\The Allied Health Service is a large service comprised of 250 FTE, providing therapy, dietetic, and social work services across Auckland Hospital and Greenlane Clinical Centre. Administration staff provide vital support to keep our services running efficiently and effectively to deliver patient care across inpatient and outpatient clinical areas.
\Key Responsibilities
\The key responsibilities of this role include:
\- \
- Providing administrative support to the Clinical Director and Clinical Leads, including diary management, meeting planning, and minute-taking.\
- Supporting allied health service clinicians with administrative work as required.\
- Receiving email and telephone information requests, greeting visitors appropriately, and following up with appropriate actions.\
- Ensuring that the appropriate levels and standards of customer service are delivered.\
- Maintaining administration processes for leave and other HR matters as required.\
- Asset management, including fleet, mobile phones, PCs, and laptops.\
- Administering purchasing of clinical and non-clinical resources.\
- Working in a team environment to achieve goals and objectives.\

About You
\To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and attributes:
\You will have relevant tertiary qualifications in business or health, experience working in a healthcare environment, familiarity with medical terminology, and proficiency in health information systems. You will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, sound MS Office ability, and the ability to work collaboratively with a range of professional groups in a multidisciplinary setting.
