The Opportunity

As a Workforce Project Delivery Lead, you will be responsible for developing and delivering workforce initiatives that support the implementation of the Aotearoa Health Workforce Plan.

You will work closely with local senior clinical leaders, sector experts, and government agencies to ensure the delivery of key initiatives and develop proposals for tactical workforce changes.

Your focus will be on delivering the current Plan and informing future Key Initiatives, while also developing executive-level proposals for SMART goals and implementing monitoring, quality improvement, and reporting activities.
