Traffic Flow Manager

We are seeking expressions of interest from skilled and vigilant traffic controllers to maintain the safe and orderly movement of vehicles at designated locations.
Key Responsibilities- Direct vehicular traffic at designated locations to ensure a smooth flow, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
- Operate traffic control devices such as stop signs, traffic cones, and signalling devices effectively, ensuring efficient traffic flow.
- Monitor and report any irregularities or traffic issues to supervisors or appropriate authorities, contributing to public safety.
- Communicate traffic directives clearly and courteously to motorists, promoting a culture of safety on our roadways.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination in managing traffic flow, upholding Tangram's commitment to efficient transportation.
- A minimum of TTM or TMO tickets for traffic management.
- Certification in traffic control is highly desirable.
- Class 1 Full license or restricted license is required for this role.
- Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred but not essential.
- The ability to work in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods is necessary for success in this position.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions meticulously are critical.
