Tangram requires a Vehicular Traffic Director to ensure the safe and orderly movement of vehicles at designated locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct vehicular traffic at designated locations to ensure a smooth flow, adhering to strict safety protocols and regulations.
  • Operate traffic control devices such as stop signs, traffic cones, and signalling devices effectively, promoting efficient traffic flow.
  • Monitor and report any irregularities or traffic issues to supervisors or appropriate authorities, contributing to public safety.
  • Communicate traffic directives clearly and courteously to motorists, supporting a culture of safety on our roadways.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless coordination in managing traffic flow, upholding Tangram's commitment to efficient transportation.
Requirements
  • A minimum of TTM or TMO tickets for traffic management.
  • Certification in traffic control is highly desirable.
  • Class 1 Full license or restricted license is required for this role.
  • Previous experience in traffic control or a related field is preferred but not essential.
  • Ability to work in varying weather conditions and stand for extended periods is necessary.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure are essential.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously are critical.
