The Perfect Candidate

We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator who is passionate about action sports and has a strong understanding of the culture. You will have 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, retail, communications or events environment and be comfortable working in a dynamic environment.

You will be responsible for delivering local marketing efforts across Australia and New Zealand, working closely with our content team to create engaging digital content and collaborating with community organisations and events to build connections with key hubs. You will also be responsible for building relationships with local athletes and content creators and helping with general marketing admin.

Your Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Passion for action sports and an understanding of the culture – ski/board/mountain bike skills are a bonus
  • 1–2 years of experience in a marketing, retail, communications or events environment
  • Comfortable on-camera – no acting experience necessary, just good energy and confidence
  • A strong eye for detail, and the ability to juggle tasks and deadlines
  • Clear communication, a collaborative mindset, and a drive to learn and grow
