About the Role
As an Executive Assistant to our Co-Founders, you will play a vital role in supporting business operations, managing internal processes, and ensuring seamless communication across the organisation. You will be responsible for:
- Communication & Organisation: Managing emails, calendars, and information flow to maintain clear and smooth operations.
- Systems & Documentation Management: Optimising internal processes, keeping records up-to-date, and driving continuous improvement.
- Research & Briefing: Supporting our Co-Founders by preparing materials, conducting research, and compiling insights for decision-making.
- Travel & Event Coordination: Planning and booking travel, organising events, coordinating meetings, and managing logistics.
- Dynamic Support: Adapting to evolving needs by supporting special projects and handling ad-hoc tasks as they arise.
About You
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience supporting senior leaders in fast-paced environments, demonstrating professionalism and discretion.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain high attention to detail.
- A proactive problem-solver, able to anticipate needs, independently resolve challenges, be resourceful, and take a solutions-first approach.
- Tech-savvy, with quick learning ability and experience using tools such as Google Workspace, Notion, and Slack.
- An adaptable and agile individual, thriving in dynamic, fast-changing environments and responding effectively to evolving needs.
- A strong communicator, with the ability to build relationships and communicate effectively across teams and external partners.
- A collaborative team player, with the ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and contribute to team success.
