- Adapt to challenges with a positive attitude and the ability to be flexible.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**
- New Zealand registered midwife with a current annual practising certificate.
- Strong understanding of the needs, aims, and aspirations of whanau from culturally diverse backgrounds.
- Passion for delivering equitable, whanau-centred care.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring seamless collaboration within the multidisciplinary team.
