About the Role

MB Century is an industry leader offering innovative solutions in Drilling, Reservoir Services, and Hydro and Geothermal Power Station refurbishment/maintenance. We are looking for a seasoned engineer to contribute to our design and engineering team as a pivotal member.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering process engineering services to clients and internal teams. This includes leading engineering assessments/investigations, developing solutions, and managing issue resolutions primarily related to geothermal and hydrogen plant operations.

  • Provide expert technical support and guidance to the design and project teams.
  • Design and develop process descriptions, process flow diagrams, piping and instrumentation diagrams.
  • Collaborate on designing, enhancing, and implementing control systems for plant operations.
  • Oversee asset integrity management and initiate plant management improvements.
  • Validate, certify, and approve engineering designs.
  • Mentor and provide leadership support to Mechanical Engineers and Graduate Engineers.
  • Promote MB Century's capabilities domestically and internationally through industry networks.
  • Manage small-scale design and build projects.
  • Oversee hydrogen generation plant operations.
