Job Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high quality legal advice on investigations, litigation, and other enforcement actions. They will ensure that the FMA's enforcement goals are achieved, and the enforcement function reinforces the organization's reputation as strong, effective, proactive, and respected.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide legal advice on investigations and litigation
  • Contribute to the development of enforcement strategies
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve enforcement goals
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A litigation background and considerable post-qualification experience
  • A current practising certificate or entitlement to one
  • Knowledge of civil procedure (essential) and/or criminal procedure (desirable)
