The Job:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Civil Engineer to join our team and lead various civil engineering projects. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated Senior Civil Engineer to work on diverse projects, making a meaningful impact while developing their skills and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage civil engineering projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget
  • Oversee project designs and documentation, providing technical advice to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Maintain open communication with clients, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to align project goals and expectations
  • Conduct site inspections and administer construction contracts

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
  • RPEQ qualification
  • 7-10 years' experience in a consultancy, with local council experience in Australia
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and maintain high professional standards
  • Strong experience in civil engineering design and project management (roads, pavement, earthworks, stormwater & sewerage)
  • Deep understanding of industry standards, regulations, and guidelines (QUDM, IPWEAQ highly advantageous)
