The Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) to join our team on a nights-only basis. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding care, ensuring the health and wellbeing of our residents, and supporting a team of care staff to maintain our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide High-Quality Nursing Care
  2. Administer Medications Safely
  3. Maintain Accurate Care Plans
  4. Monitor Residents' Health
  5. Support Care Staff
  6. Ensure a Safe Environment
Requirements
  1. A Registered Nurse qualification (RGN or RMN) with a valid NMC PIN
  2. Previous experience in a nursing home or similar care setting is preferred but not essential
  3. Strong clinical and communication skills
  4. A compassionate and empathetic approach to care
  5. The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently during night shifts
