About the Role
A dynamic and busy team seeks an experienced Legal Secretary or Executive to provide essential support as a key member of their team.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with a Director, ensuring seamless file management while assisting with drafting, typing, and document preparation.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage deadlines, calendars, and inboxes efficiently
- Prioritise tasks effectively
- Open and close files according to procedures
- Handle typing, dictation, billing, and administrative duties
- Support and maintain client relationships through exceptional communication
- Prepare and draft legal documents such as deeds, wills, EPOAs, and assist with property transactions (residential & commercial)
About You
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Legal Secretary or Executive with 5+ years of experience in Property, Commercial, and/or Private Client matters.
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A strong background in Property, Commercial, and/or Private Client matters
- A talent for staying ahead of deadlines and anticipating the needs of the Director and team
- Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
