The Financial Operations Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the Wealth Advisors and Associates at Wellington-Altus Private Wealth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Establishing, implementing, and reviewing department procedures to create efficiencies.
  • Providing timely and accurate responses to documentation queries and account opening requests from internal departments and investment advisor teams.
  • Managing, resolving, and assigning tickets to appropriate teams and departments, monitoring ticketing systems within internal platforms.
  • Collaborating with other departments to support account opening within the organization.
  • Maintaining electronic copies of all submitted documentation within Advisor Connect and Croesus.
  • Providing clients with signed documentation and welcome packages via electronic signature platforms.

To succeed in this role, you will require exceptional accountability, reliability, adaptability, and innovation in daily tasks and long-term objectives. Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively across various mediums are also essential.
