**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Parts Interpreter to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our trade and retail customers using your expert automotive parts/mechanical knowledge.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Provide technical support to customers via phone or email
  • Build effective relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met
  • Sell products and solutions to customers based on their requirements

**Requirements:**

  • Prior experience in the automotive industry or related field
  • Strong customer service skills with some sales experience
  • Able to communicate technical information in both technical and non-technical terms
  • Natural problem solver with sound computer skills
