We are a dynamic and innovative team at VML South Africa, passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Senior Account Manager, you will play a critical role in driving business growth, developing strategic solutions, and leading project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing multiple relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Developing and implementing strategic solutions to meet clients' business objectives
  • Leading cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently and effectively
  • Collaborating with internal partners to identify challenges and opportunities for growth
  • Providing financial guidance on project budgets, SOWs, and billing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
  • Agency and/or client-side experience managing large-scale campaigns and having worked in shopper marketing or experiential/activation/event spaces
  • Shopper Marketing or Experiential/Activation/Events experience mandatory
  • Experience on alcohol brands is preferred but not mandatory
  • Detailed knowledge/passion of the digital industry, emerging trends, and innovation
  • Highly motivated, energetic, and driven individual
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and making decisions
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong ability to form and maintain good relationships
  • A strong communicator with effective presenter skills necessary to deliver regular presentations
  • Ability to think and operate with strategic orientation in addition to task/project management
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and participate in and navigate cross-agency collaboration
  • Team player with strong interpersonal and organisational skills
