About the Job
We are seeking an energetic and engaging Auckland-based Account Manager, covering the mid to upper North Island. This role is centered on account management, with a focus on increasing sales and profitability within existing client relationships.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage a diverse client base ranging from SMEs to large enterprises.
- BUILD AND MAINTAIN MULTI-LEVEL RELATIONSHIPS (INCLUDING AT PACKAGING PLANT LEVEL).
- OFFER EXPERT ADVICE AND TECHNICAL SUPPORT (STRONG MECHANICAL AND FLEXIBLES TECHNICAL ATTITUDE REQUIRED TO GIVE BEST ADVICE).
- COLLABORATE WITH INTERNAL TEAMS TO MEET CLIENT EXPECTATIONS.
- PREPARE AND DELIVER QUOTES AND PROPOSALS (INCLUDING TENDER DOCUMENTS).
- ANALYSE MARGINS, PREPARE FORECASTS, AND OVERSEE STOCK CONTROL.
