About the Role

This is a dynamic role that involves varied and engaging work, with opportunities for professional development and excellent benefits.

  • Supporting the development and monitoring of our corporate planning and reporting processes.
  • Advising on business planning and operational priorities, working closely with the Corporate Planning Lead and colleagues across the organisation.
  • Contributing to council accountability documents like the Annual Plan and Annual Report.
  • Analysing internal and external risks that may impact delivery, collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver meaningful insights and practical advice.
About You
  • Experience in business planning, project coordination or reporting, with the ability to interpret and analyse data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal, with a collaborative style and the ability to influence across an organisation.
  • Bonus: Experience working with local government planning and accountability processes.
