- Offer on-the-job training to less experienced support workers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Positive attitude and experience in behaviour management.
- Experienced Support Worker with a Level 4 Health and Wellbeing Certificate (or equivalent).
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Full or restricted New Zealand driver's license.
