  • Leading regular team meetings and training sessions to promote effective communication and collaboration
  • Collaborating with other departments to achieve shared goals and objectives

Requirements: To excel in this role, you will need to possess:

  • A Master's degree in Nursing or a related field (desired)
  • At least 3 years of experience in residential aged care, with a proven track record of success in a leadership or management role
  • Advanced knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound decisions under pressure
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels
