As an Owner Operator, you will be responsible for managing your own business while working closely with Downer's dispatch team to secure work assignments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Installation of Sky TV equipment, including set top boxes, satellite dishes, and cabling
  • Repair and maintenance of Sky TV equipment
  • Collection of surplus equipment and cabling from commercial customer premises
  • Maintenance of positive relationships with customers

Requirements:

  • Minimum two to three years technical experience, preferably with Sky products
  • Experience in installing and servicing Sky products
  • Owning company must hold Public Liability and Commercial Motor Vehicle insurances
  • Own vehicle with current rego and WOF, as well as full New Zealand driver's licence
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to relate to people at all levels
  • Demonstrated customer service skills and ability to resolve problems
