We are looking for a Junior Project Manager to support the Contract Delivery Manager in the Arb Utility division at Ground Control. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Lincoln and Newark areas.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the operation for an assigned programme of tree works in the Lincoln and Newark areas.
  • Drive consistency and innovation through everything you do to ensure Ground Control are the best at what we do.
  • Ensure work is completed to the highest possible standards in terms of safety, environment, quality, customer service and profitability.
  • Update and manage the Work Programme, SD Programme, Held Up Programme, Planning checklists and all similar programmes for your project and assigned teams.
  • Resolve any issues that may arise during the project.

Requirements:

  • Basic field-based experience.
  • Practiced and strong negotiation and influencing skills.
  • Proficient and competent IT skills.
  • Well-developed team management and organisational skills.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and balance demands from numerous sources to ensure that all stakeholder needs are met.
