Key Responsibilities

The ERP Acquisition and Implementation Specialist will be responsible for leading the procurement process for a large-scale ERP solution. This includes:

  • Running RFP processes to select the best ERP solution
  • Preparing procurement documentation, including contracts and tender documents
  • Maintaining probity throughout the procurement process
  • Working closely with the Strategic Commercial Manager to deliver an organisational transformation
  • Managing all aspects of the procurement process

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively advocate and influence stakeholders. They will have a proven track record of implementing commercial strategies, managing contracts, and developing strategic commercial advice at senior management level.

The ideal candidate will have recent experience of successfully leading the procurement of an ERP system for a large organisation, as well as experience with software licensing, hardware, managed services, Cloud, ICT contracts, and SLAs.
