The Job

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Carrying out routine maintenance tasks for customers in their premises and ours.
  • Preparing detailed documentation of equipment performance post-service calls.
  • Cooperating with the Technical Manager to enhance our services' visibility and drive business growth through customer relationships.
Requirements

To be considered for this position, you need to have:

  • A higher national certificate (HNC) in a relevant area or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in service engineering within the automation sector.
  • Multiskilled in both electrical and mechanical disciplines.
  • Flexibility to work varied schedules, including possible overnight stays, and extensive travel across the UK and Ireland.
