- Developing and maintaining relationships with employers to create job opportunities and support sustainable employment outcomes.
- Collaborating with businesses to establish and promote vacancies, manage the recruitment process, and assist with onboarding and induction.
- Providing education to employers on MSD's products and services, ensuring they're aware of available support and incentives.
- Advocating for clients by matching them to suitable roles and promoting their skills to potential employers.
- Maintaining accurate records of all interactions with employers and clients.
