The Electron Propulsion Development team takes on all development activities associated with the Rutherford and Curie engines, aiming to increase performance and reduce cost. As a Team Lead, you will hold technical responsibility for these engines and manage a team of development engineers.

You will develop and execute annual operating plans, set individual goals for team members, and guide them towards success. Training and mentoring the team based on individual needs and professional paths is also part of your responsibilities.

A strong understanding of mechanical engineering fundamentals, such as stress, strain, heat transfer, fluid mechanics, and mechanisms, is essential. Experience reviewing and approving technical content is also required.
