MRI Medical Imaging Technologist Trainee

As a Medical Imaging Technologist Trainee, you will play a crucial role in our MRI department, working closely with our experienced team of technologists to deliver exceptional patient outcomes.
The successful candidate will possess a strong foundation in medical diagnostic imaging, including a national diploma or degree in Medical Diagnostic Imaging or a recognised New Zealand equivalent. They will also have registration and a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC) in the Diagnostic Imaging: General scope of practice and the MRI scope of practice issued by the NZ MRTB, as well as being registered with a tertiary centre for an approved NZ MRTB MRI postgraduate course.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who is able to balance academic and clinical demands, while consistently reflecting the values of Health New Zealand | Te Whatu Ora Taranaki in their everyday work. The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, time management skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
