About You:

We are looking for a visionary leader with a strong manufacturing background and excellent communication skills. The ideal candidate will have:

  1. 5+ years in manufacturing/processing, ideally in a leadership role.
  2. Proven ability to delegate, communicate, and keep teams on track.
  3. Experience with MRP/ERP systems and process-driven operations.
  4. Resilience to manage distractions and lead through change.
  5. Bonus: Technical skills (mechanical, welding, fabrication) or CAD knowledge.
