We're seeking a skilled Programme Developer to join our team. In this role, you'll work closely with our Diversional Therapist to develop and implement activities programmes that meet the needs of our residents. You'll also be responsible for understanding residents' abilities and encouraging them to participate in activities while maintaining a safe environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement activities programmes for residents
- Understand residents' needs and abilities, encouraging participation
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe environment
- Work collaboratively with the Diversional Therapist to achieve programme goals
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience in planning and coordinating activities
- Great people skills with empathy for the elderly
- Excellent communication and IT skills
- A clean NZ drivers' licence
- Flexible multitasking skills
