As a Programme Lead, you will lead the delivery of programmes for young, developing quality programmes for our rangatahi/young people. This role focuses on the delivery of a wide variety of programmes run out of our youth hub, in schools and the community, including outdoors/EOTC programmes, youth mentoring, holiday programmes, and after-school programmes. This exciting role also supports the growth of new programmes and opportunities.

This is a part-time role (20 hours per week), with varying hours from Monday to Thursday and on Sundays. The ability to be flexible in your working hours is essential as there will be a requirement to work weekends and evenings at times.

You will have exceptional teamwork and communication skills as well as proven ability in developing and implementing programmes for young people. You will have a track record of building great relationships within the local area, experience in staff coordination, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to switch between administration and programme delivery with ease Of course, the ability to build rapport quickly with young people is essential in this role.

This role requires you to hold a full, clean New Zealand driver's licence and have a minimum of 2 years of driving experience (This experience may also be driving experience gained on your Restricted driver's licence).
