The Role

We are recruiting enthusiastic and proactive individuals to join our team as Service Representatives. You will work across various channels to assist our customers, most enquiries are received via telephone or email in our University Service Centre. There are opportunities for cross-training to support our IT and Dental School teams.

  • You have experience providing excellent customer service.
  • You are an active user and promoter of technology.
  • You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • You are flexible and able to adapt on the fly to a diverse range of queries.

Working with Us

AskOtago operates 6 days a week from 8:00 am to 6:00 pm. Staff work on a rostered basis. Hours of work will be discussed at interview stage. You must have the right to live and work in New Zealand to apply for this position.
