As a Cloud Support Engineer at AWS, you will be part of a global team that supports customers across multiple industries and regions.

Your Role
In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for customers experiencing issues with AWS Networking services, such as Elastic Load Balancing, Auto Scaling, CloudWatch, Route 53, and VPC. You will apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to identify and resolve complex technical problems, often collaborating with internal teams and external experts. Your strong analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas effectively will enable you to provide tailored solutions to customers, drive customer satisfaction, and contribute to the ongoing improvement of AWS services.

What We're Looking For
We're seeking highly motivated and technically skilled individuals who can provide exceptional support to our customers. To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in network security, operating systems, and networking protocols. Experience with device configuration and troubleshooting, as well as knowledge of cloud-based services, will be highly valued. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this position, as you will be interacting with customers and internal teams to resolve complex technical issues.
