**About the Role**
We are seeking a skilled Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our team at the Anaesthetic Assessment Clinic. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for undertaking nurse anaesthetic triaging, nurse facilitated anaesthetic assessments, and nursing support for the Anaesthetist clinics.
This is an exciting opportunity to work with a dynamic team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our clinic.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Undertake nurse anaesthetic triaging and nurse facilitated anaesthetic assessments
- Provide nursing support for the Anaesthetist clinics
- Work collaboratively as part of a small team
**Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years' experience as a Registered Nurse
- Recent Surgical or Outpatient nursing experience preferred
- Completion of post-graduate Health Assessment course
- Excellent communication skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to build effective relationships with a strong patient focus
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Registered with the Nursing Council of New Zealand with a current Annual Practising Certificate (APC)
