Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Healthcare Professional to join our team. The successful candidate will have significant experience in primary care, with a strong focus on clinical leadership and collaboration. You will be responsible for developing and implementing care pathways, leading quality improvement initiatives, and mentoring junior staff members.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, colleagues, and external partners. You will also have a strong understanding of current healthcare policies and regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a practical setting.

Key Qualifications and Experience
  • Degree in Nursing or related field
  • Registration with NMC
  • Significant experience in primary care
  • Strong clinical leadership and collaboration skills
