About the Opportunity
Habit Health is a leading healthcare provider seeking a skilled Counsellor to join our team. As a key member of our EAP Counselling service, you will work with clients to address a range of mental health issues, including addiction, trauma, child and adolescent counselling, and grief. This is a permanent part-time role with opportunities for career growth and development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver focused interventions to support clients with mental health matters
- Develop and implement individualised plans to achieve client goals
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Requirements
- Current registration with NZAC, DAPAANZ, SWRB or NZCCAT
- Tertiary level 7 Counselling or related qualification
- Experience in psychological first aid, couples counselling, and working with children and teenagers desirable
