The Position

We are seeking a skilled Trade / Maintenance professional to join our team in Auckland. This individual will report directly to the Maintenance Supervisor and be responsible for supporting the team with plant and equipment maintenance, aiming to maximize efficiency and output.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to preventative and predictive maintenance programs for all plant, equipment, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Diligently follow routine maintenance plans, maintaining accurate records and adhering to safety standards.
  • Support production team members with their duties as needed.

Required Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a trade or maintenance role with flexibility working with operations.
  • Attention to detail and motivation to deliver quality work safely.
  • Effective communication and teamwork skills.
  • Understanding of engineering principles, particularly in general welding and oxy cutting.
