About the Role

This key position involves overseeing the Maintenance team in the NZ region. As Maintenance Engineer Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient execution of maintenance procedures, providing guidance to team members, and collaborating with other departments to optimize system performance.

You will report directly to the Operations Manager and play a crucial role in the day-to-day management of the Maintenance function.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Coordinate maintenance procedures for the NZ region
  2. Ensure the efficient allocation of resources and personnel to meet business objectives
  3. Guide and delegate tasks to the NZ Maintenance Team
  4. Collaborate with the Asset Manager and Fleet Specialist to achieve system optimization
  5. Support the Operations Manager in the daily management of the Maintenance function

Requirements

To be considered for this position, you must hold a relevant degree or have equivalent experience. Strong leadership and communication skills, along with technical knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and automated systems, are necessary.

Additionally, you should have experience in managing teams, be proficient in maintenance management software, and possess a valid driver's license. A clean driving history is also required.
