Job Responsibilities

This challenging role requires a dedicated, customer-focused professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

As a Property Manager, you will be accountable for:

  • Providing exceptional service to tenants, landlords, and tradespeople
  • Conducting regular property inspections and addressing maintenance issues promptly
  • Coordinating maintenance tasks and managing arrears
  • Representing the company at tenancy tribunal hearings
  • Facilitating tenancy agreements and ensuring a smooth tenant transition process
