Job Description:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Accountant to support our client through year-end, liaising with auditors, and preparing year-end accounts. The ideal candidate will be a proven financial leader with strong technical abilities to ensure compliance with policies, practices, and generally accepted accounting principles.

The Senior Financial Accountant will undertake financial reporting, ensuring treasury requirements are met, and prepare consolidated financial statements for the group in preparation for audit. They will also oversee the preparation of annual accounts and liaise with auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake financial reporting to ensure treasury requirements are met
  • Prepare consolidated financial statements for the group in preparation for audit
  • Oversee the preparation of annual accounts and liaise with auditors

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • CA Qualification or Equivalent
  • 5+ years relevant experience in a large government organization
  • Experience leading finance teams through year-end and audit
