About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Health Specialist to join our team at Tonkin + Taylor Ltd. This is a unique opportunity to work on a range of occupational health initiatives, ensuring compliance and process improvements.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support programme development, case management processes, and regulatory reporting obligations for Occupational Health Case Management.
  • Act as the key contact for assessments and stakeholder engagement in Psychosocial Risk Management.
  • Manage injury assessments and collaborate with ergonomists in Ergonomics Risk Assessments.
  • Support case management for communicable illnesses and geopolitical risks in Public Health Threat Response.
  • Delve Asia Pacific regional health initiatives and ensure regulatory compliance in Health Promotion & Compliance.
  • Lead risk projects, support process improvements, and manage escalations for all OH regional issues in OHS Risk Management & Process Improvement.

About You

  • A registered Occupational Health Nurse Specialist/Practitioner is ideal, but we are also open to candidates with comparable Health & Safety, Case Management or Public Health experience.
  • Working experience within the Asia Pacific Region would be beneficial.
  • You have strong Occupational Health knowledge, including case management, psychosocial risk, and ergonomics.
  • You possess experience in EHS auditing/conformity assessment.
  • You have strong problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and analytical skills.
  • You can work collaboratively and independently.
