Job Role: Senior Manager (Security Operations)In this role, you will lead a team of security professionals, ensuring effective security protocols and overseeing day-to-day security operations.
- Develop and implement security initiatives to enhance the security posture of DSO.
- Engage with division management to share security insights and trends.
- Utilise digitalisation tools to streamline security processes and improve staff experience.
- Develop and execute emergency response, crisis management, and operations readiness plans.
- Collaborate with the Security Governance team on security audits and proposing action plans.
- Manage contracts for outsourced services, focusing on KPIs and security outcomes.
- Work with consultants to assess and mitigate security risks.
Core Competencies
- Degree in Management and Security Studies or related field.
- At least 10 years of experience in security-related roles.
