Job Description:

The successful candidate will undertake geotechnical engineering investigations, conduct field testing and sampling, and analyze results for reporting purposes. They will also schedule projects, communicate with clients, and conduct site observations during construction.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualification in Civil or Environmental Engineering, Geology, or Earth Sciences

  • In-depth knowledge of NZ standards, building codes, and statutory requirements
  • Basic knowledge of soil mechanics, slope stability, retaining walls, earthworks, and geotechnical foundation engineering
